Capital expenditures were $314 million, net of disposals, up $21 million from the year-ago period.

Total Debt and Cash: At December 31, 2023, total debt and cash, including short-term investments, were $2.2 billion and $409 million

Respectively, versus $2.5 billion and $239 million, at December 31, 2022.

Reported net financing costs for the fourth quarter were $26 million versus $34 million for the year-ago period.

Cash from Operations: Cash from operations was $157 million, up from $152 million in 2022

 Reflecting changes in working capital and current period net income.
